5% Finder's Fees Terms and conditions: Only one person per band can claim the 5% finder's fee. Band must tell us who's Facebook page they saw it on first at time of booking and deposit. All
decisions are made by Forever Video Productions, LLC. and are final. There is no limit to the number of bands you can gain 5% finder's fee on, the only limit is the one per band limit.
Payment is either by check, money order, or via Paypal.com wire transfer and is at the sole discretion of Forever Video Productions, LLC. Payment will be made within 30 days of booking and
deposit of paying band or Artist. Every attempt will be made to make sure that 5% finder's fee is paid the proper person. Liking Forever Video Productions Facebook page will help identify you
faster and therefore get you paid faster. 5% finder's fee is based on the total package cost paid less sales tax to Forever Video Productions by any band or Artist. Forever Video Productions has

Ever wonder how to make more money with your music and get more exposure at the same time?
We know how!  We can help with your exposure.  It’s much less expensive than having a recording studio master a CD. It’s a video and
easier to sell! We have CD quality audio for live recordings.

Forever Video Productions, LLC can help. Here’s what we can do for your band.

1.        We come to one of your gigs and provide professional level video coverage using up to three high definition, widescreen,
television quality, Sony cameras. We will provide video coverage of your gig up to one and a half hours to two hours and edit to place
on DVD. Blu-ray disc are also available for true high definition for an additional cost.
2.        All DVDs and Blu-ray disc are professionally mastered, chaptered, and placed in a plastic DVD case along with color DVD cover.
3.        Basic graphics are included in package. You may provide camera ready artwork for DVD jacket and disc as well as any on video
graphics.
4.        Forever Video Productions will work with the venue to secure a location release to allow us to record your set.
5.        Travel outside of Austin, Texas is an extra cost. Ask us where we go, generally 30 miles outside Austin at no additional charge.

So, what’s this all cost? Here’s the good part.
Package one includes one and a half hours of coverage and 40 DVDs for you to sell to your fans. $800.00 + tax.
Package two includes two hours of coverage and 50 DVDs for you to sell to you’re fans. $1000.00 + tax.

Here’s how it can work for you. You purchase package one for $800 with 40 DVDs. Your band sells the DVDs for $30 each and you can
make $1200, a $400 profit! As you purchase more DVDs and your profit margin goes up!

As an exclusive offer: Forever Video Productions, LLC. can air your gig on the Time Warner Cable system. This would be on an “On-
Demand” channel on which your gig would be placed for at minimum of 90 days. Some restrictions apply. $250.00

Need more DVDs after your initial 40/50? The more you buy, the bigger the discounts. Reorder anytime at a minimum of 10 DVDs.
Purchase 10 – 99 and pay only $15.00 each.
Purchase 100 – 200 and pay only $13.00 each.
Purchase 201 or more and pay only $11.00 each.
(note: we will track the number of DVDs you purchase and give you the appropriate discount, i.e. You buy 49 this month at $15 each
then next month you buy another 50 DVDs again at $15 (total of 99 DVDs). The third month you buy 25 more DVDs (total of 124 DVDs),
we will sell them to you at $13 each.)

Q1. Do we have to purchase anything other than either package one or two?
A1. No, once you have purchased package one or two, you will receive your 40/50 DVDs within four to six weeks.

Q2. How log will it take to get the DVDs or Blu-ray disc?
A2. Editing generally takes between two and four weeks. Then we send you a proof copy to view, once you have OK'ed the proof, it takes
generally a week to burn and package the disc.

Q3. Are we required to purchase additional disc or make any type of monthly purchase?
A3. No, once you receive the initial 40/50 disc included in your package, you don't have to purchase anymore. However, we ask that if you
want more disc, you purchase them through us.

Q4. Can we use the video on our website or social media site?
A4. Yes, we can provide you with individual videos to place on the Internet. You can also use the video to encourage additional sales of your
disc.

Q5. What's the real catch? This has got to cost more or have hidden charges somewhere!?
A5. You caught us! We do have to charge you Texas state sales tax unless you are Tax Exempt but, other than that, there are no other fees
or charges.

Q6. Is this a music video?
A6. No, this is really a LIVE concert video. As such, we suggest that it be filmed on a slower night to gain better audio and video of the event.
The best nights are generally Sunday thru Thursday but, that's completely up to you when to schedule the shoot.

Q7. What will our video look like?
A7. We will film your gig with High Definition, television quality cameras in wide screen. It will look as good as being on MTV, VH1, or METV!
However, for true to life 1080 HD, the video should be placed on Blu-ray disc which is an option. Again, basic graphics are also included in
package price.

Q8. We want more exposure for our band! What else can you do?
A8. We can place your concert video on Time Warner Cable! It will stay out there for generally 90 or more and you and your fans can view it
at anytime day or night.

Q9. We're ready to get started! What do we do?
A9. Email or call us to setup an appointment to schedule the gig you want filmed. We then work out the details with you and other parties
involved. Then we film your gig, edited, and get the final product to you so you can sell them. In the mean time, start pre-selling DVDs to your
fans by announcing this on your website and social media sites and at your other gigs. The more you can pre-sell, the less money that has
to come out of your pocket to pay for them.

Q10. How do we pay you for this service?
A10. We take cash, check, and credi/debit cards via Paypal.com. A secure way to transfer money. We require a 50% deposit at the time of
booking and the final 50% on delivery of your disc. However, we are flexible and are willing to help work a payment plan that works for your
band.

Q11. You said the disc and jackets will be in color. What will they look like?
A11. You can supply us with camera ready artwork and we will have them printed anyway you want them to look like.

Q12. We have some new songs! We want to make another DVD. How do we do that and what will it cost to make a second video?
A12. Same deal - same packages, however, will offer you a discount of 12.5% off your next video production as a returning customer!
